I finally made some today that were edible (as opposed to the 4-5 batches I've previously made that even my kids - who normally eat anything - wouldn't touch). I did add 4t of gluten substitue and 4t of rice protein. Would love a gfcf plus no cornflour/starch recipe if you've tried one. Adding the extra proteins gets expensive! Also don't cut em too big if you want them high, and go easy on baking powder as can make for bitter aftertaste.
